Best known for his roles in Con Air and National Treasure, Nicolas Cage married Lisa Marie Presley on 10th August 2002, just one year after they announced they were dating. The pair supposedly met at Johnny Ramone's 52nd birthday party.
The couple were married in a small ceremony at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel by the ocean on Hawaii and was attended by only close members of the family including Priscilla Presley, Lisa's mother. Cage had only proposed to Presley ten days earlier.
Cage famously said about his marriage to Lisa Marie Presley; 'I'm sad about this, but we shouldn't have been married in the first place.' (IMDB) The couple divorced after 108 days of marriage only days after they attended the premiere of the film Adaptation and their divorce proceedings lasted longer than their marriage.
Cage has tied the knot three times in total, firstly to Patricia Arquette between 1995 and 2001 and after divorcing Lisa Marie Presley he married Alice Kim Cage.
Presley has been married four times, to Michael Jackson, Danny Keough and Michael Lockwood, Cage was her third marriage.
Despite being separated the couple are allegedly still on good terms.
