Watermelon With Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients 

100g of watermelons

2 scoops lemon sorbet

5ml baklava syrup

Sprig of mint

The sorbet, made with real lemon juice and crunchy pistachios, offers a refreshing dessert option to cool diners down during a hot summers day. Inspired by the infamous summer watermelon harvest, this delicious combination of watermelon and lemon sorbet is the perfect summer refresher!

Method

  • Take a tall ice cream glass.
  • Dice the watermelon into ½inch cubes. Place a few chunks on the bottom of the glass. 
  • Then, add one scoop of lemon sorbet. Cover the scoop with chunks of watermelon.
  • Repeat this one more time or as many times to fill the glass.
  • To serve, cover with any remaining watermelon. Add the sprig of mint and generously drizzle with the baklava syrup.
