Ingredients
100g of watermelons
2 scoops lemon sorbet
5ml baklava syrup
Sprig of mint
The sorbet, made with real lemon juice and crunchy pistachios, offers a refreshing dessert option to cool diners down during a hot summers day. Inspired by the infamous summer watermelon harvest, this delicious combination of watermelon and lemon sorbet is the perfect summer refresher!
Method
- Take a tall ice cream glass.
- Dice the watermelon into ½inch cubes. Place a few chunks on the bottom of the glass.
- Then, add one scoop of lemon sorbet. Cover the scoop with chunks of watermelon.
- Repeat this one more time or as many times to fill the glass.
- To serve, cover with any remaining watermelon. Add the sprig of mint and generously drizzle with the baklava syrup.
