(serves 6 as canapé size)
Ingredients
500 gms cubed watermelon
125 gms cucumber, peeled and chopped
125 gms red pepper, roughly chopped
2 cloves of garlic cloves, peeled
juice of 1 lime
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp ground cumin
edible flowers to serve
Method
Put all the ingredients in a mixer and blend it until smooth.
Pour it into soup bowls with some fresh flowers on top.
