INGREDIENTS

1 Can Coconut Milk, full fat

Vegan Whipped Cream

3 Tablespoons Sugar, Powdered

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put your can of full-fat coconut milk in the fridge for a few hours, or preferably overnight.
  2. Without shaking, turn the can upside down and pour off the coconut liquid that is now sitting on top. Save it or toss. You will only use the cream layer that is settled on the bottom.
  3. Scoop the coconut cream into your Tall Cup, along with the sugar and vanilla. Start with 2 Tbsp of sugar and increase if necessary.
  4. Attach the cross blade and whip until a thick whipped cream begins to form.
  5. Enjoy!
