40ml Grey Goose vodka (or Grey Goose Le Citron)
Vegan Truffe D’Hiver
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml fino sherry
15ml gomme syrup (1:1) Truffle oil or fresh truffle
Method:
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with either freshly grated truffle or truffle oil.
