Ingredients:
1 scoop of STRIPPD Vegan Lean Protein Powder Vanilla
1 mango, peeled, stoned and roughly chopped
150g of pineapple
150g of watermelon
Pulp and seeds of 2 passion fruit
115ml of coconut milk
2 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 Tsp grated ginger
2 Tbsp basil leaves
Method:
Lay out all ingredients on your table.
Add all the ingredients in a blender with the exception half the passion fruit seeds.
Blitz together until texture is smooth.
Pour into a jar and top with some more shredded basil leaves, desiccated coconut, a pinch of ground allspice or cinnamon and the remaining passion fruit.
Serve immediately & enjoy!
