1 tbsp oil
10 Haywards Sweet & Mild Silverskin Onions, sliced, plus 1 tbsp of the vinegar
1 garlic clove, sliced
150g longstem broccoli, sliced lengthways
2 carrots, sliced
50g mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
150g ready-to-cook rice noodles
150g beanshoots
- In a frying pan, heat the oil then stir-fry the onions and garlic for 1 min.
- Add the broccoli, carrots and mushrooms, and stir-fry for 3 mins.
- In a bowl, mix together the vinegar; soy sauce andsugar, then pour it over the vegetables.
- Mix in the noodles and beanshoots, cooking for 2 mins and then serve.
