Ingredients:
1 scoop of STRIPPD Vegan Lean Protein Powder Vanilla
75g of oats
300g of coconut or almond milk
1 Tsp of almond butter
A small handful of frozen blueberries (or fresh if you prefer)
1 Tsp of goji berries
1 Tsp of ground turmeric
1cm of grated ginger
1 Tbsp grated coconut or desiccated coconut
1 Tsp of chia seeds
1 Tbsp of pumpkin seeds
1 Tsp of sunflower seeds
A couple of Brazil nuts
1 Tsp raw cocoa nibs
A pinch of salt
Method:
Lay out all ingredients on your table.
Mix together the oats, vegan protein powder, salt and milk and cook very gently on a low heat for eight to ten minutes, stirring often.
Add the blueberries and ginger and cook for a further minute.
Top with the remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately & enjoy!
