Vegan Strawberry Sorbet

Vegan Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar

2 cups water

500g strawberries

1/4 cup lemon juice

Recipe: Prepare your sugar mixture. In a medium saucepan, whisk the sugar and water under medium heat until the sugar dissolves.

Mix all of the ingredients. Transfer the sugar and water mixture to a food processor or blender. Add the strawberries and lemon juice. Process until smooth. Cool completely in the refrigerator.

Process the strawberry sorbet in an ice cream maker. Pour into an ice cream maker and mix for 30-40 minutes. If desired, transfer sorbet into an airtight container and place in the freezer for 2 hours or until firm. This recipe makes eight, half cup servings of Strawberry Sorbet.
