Vegan protein turmeric hummus

Serves: 4

Ready in: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 can drained chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp Form Pureblend
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ lemon
  • 100ml olive oil

METHOD:

Peel and grate the carrots. Put the chickpeas and tahini in a food processor and blend until smooth, then add the carrots, Pureblend, turmeric, lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt and blend again until smooth.

Slowly add in the olive oil while the machine is still blending.

Keep in the fridge and eat within 5 days.

Notes: Have it as a dip and serve with crackers & crudités for a snack, or have it in your salad or sandwich for lunch or dinner.
