1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 heaped tablespoon of pea protein
1cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon of raw cacao powder cinnamon to taste
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds OR 1 tablespoon of ground hemp seeds add Maca Powder / cinnamon / flaxseed if you wish as an extra booster
