- 1 ½ cups oat flour
- 1 cup rice milk
- 1 Banana
- ½ scoop Vanilla HUEL
- 1 Table spoon coconut sugar
METHOD
- Blend oat flour, milk, HUEL and banana into a blender until a batter is formed
- Add in sugar and blend again
- Pre-heat a non-stick pan to low-medium temperature
- Pour on batter into small pancake shapes
- Turn pancake over when it starts to bubble
