Ingredients
Makes 1 portion
- 80g cashew nuts
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 10g coconut nectar (1 squeeze)
- 200ml plain coconut milk
- 50g muesli (3 tablespoons)
- 1/2 banana
- equal pineapple
- 10g chopped almonds (10)
- 10g Chopped pecans (10)
- 10g mixed seeds
- Drizzle of coconut nectar.
Blend:
- 80g cashew
- half a banana
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 200ml coconut milk
- 1 squirt of coconut nectar
- Blend on half speed for no more than 30 seconds.
- Pour smoothie from the blender into the bottom of your serving bowl
- Scoop 3 tablespoons of muesli into the centre of your smoothie which is already in the bowl
Chop:
- Half a banana
- Equal amount of a pineapple
- Use to cover the surface of your smoothie
- Chop the almonds (10) and pecans (10) up and scatter across the top of the bowl.
- Add mixed seeds to garnish with a drizzle of coconut nectar.
- Put on under plate with napkin and spoon and serve.
