  • 750 MERRYDOWN ORIGINAL CIDER
  • 50ML BRANDY OR DARK RUM
  • 200ML APPLE JUICE
  • 50ML OF MAPLE SYRUP OR PLANT BASED HONEY ALTERNATIVE
  • 1 THUMB OF GINGER, CUT INTO STRIPS
  • PEEL OF 1 ORANGE
  • 4 WHOLE CLOVES
  • 2 CINNAMON STICKS, BROKEN IN HALF

METHOD

  • BRING ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A PAN, COVER AND BRING TO THE MOST GENTLE OF SIMMERS, FOR 15 MINUTES (DO NOT BOIL)
