Ingredients
350 gram (12 ounce) Jersey Royal potatoes
400 gram (14 ounce) butternut squash, peeled, seeds removed and cubed
1 red onion, cut into wedges
2 tomatoes, deseeded and roughly chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Schwartz Spicy Italian ,
Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
Combine the vegetables together in a roasting dish, drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle over the Perfect Shake Spicy Italian Special Blend. Toss to coat.
Roast in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
