50ml Grey Goose vodka
10ml Noilly Prat original French dry vermouth Dash of orange bitters
Lemon zest
Method:
Store the spirits in the fridge between 0-5 Celsius. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and top with cubed ice. Stir deliberately for 30-45 seconds and fine strain into the chilled glass. Cut two long strips of lemon zest. Use one to edge the glass and place into the drink. For an added flourish and extra aroma, zest the second strip directly onto the stem of the glass.
