Vegan Hummus

Vegan Hummus

Place a 400g can of drained chickpeas in a blender.

Add 170g of tahini

150ml lemon juice

100g garlic

tsp of sea salt

Blend everything until smooth.

Drizzle with a dash of extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.

Serve with warm pitta bread.
