Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh washed spinach leaves
- 1 cup (165g) Del Monte® mango slices
- 1/2 Del Monte® banana
- 3/4 cup (180ml) coconut milk
- 1/2 cup (120ml) of Orange Juice
- Few ice cubes
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1 tbsp of spirulina
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and add toppings if desired (coconut flakes, almonds, mango bits etc...)
