Fresh Fruit Smoothie
200ml Almond milk or soya milk
200ml Silken tofu
2tsp Canderel Sugarly
2 tsp chai seeds
Handful strawberries, hulled
Handful blueberries
- Add the almond or soya milk, silken tofu, Canderel Sugarly and chai seeds to a liquidiser and blitz until well combined.
- Now throw in the fruit and blitz again until well mixed then pour out into glass and serve.
