Glass: Speakeasy Flute

Ingredients:

  • 10ml Briottet Thé Vert Hibiscus
  • 5ml Briottet Créme de Violette
  • 25ml Akashi-Tai Sparkling Sake
  • 80ml La Dulci Colline Prosecco
  • 1 dash Orange Blossom Water
  • 1 bar spoon Edible Hibiscus flower syrup
  • Garnish: Edible Hibiscus Flower in Base & Sprig of Lavender

Method:

  • Add edible hibiscus flower to base of flute
  • Add liqueurs & blossom water to flute
  • Top with Sake & Prosecco
  • Garnish with Lavender & serve
