Glass: Speakeasy Flute
Ingredients:
- 10ml Briottet Thé Vert Hibiscus
- 5ml Briottet Créme de Violette
- 25ml Akashi-Tai Sparkling Sake
- 80ml La Dulci Colline Prosecco
- 1 dash Orange Blossom Water
- 1 bar spoon Edible Hibiscus flower syrup
- Garnish: Edible Hibiscus Flower in Base & Sprig of Lavender
Method:
- Add edible hibiscus flower to base of flute
- Add liqueurs & blossom water to flute
- Top with Sake & Prosecco
- Garnish with Lavender & serve
