Glass: Tall Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 30ml Belvedere Pure Vodka
- 20ml Monin Ginger Syrup
- 25ml Apple Juice
- 25ml Beetroot Juice
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 3 fresh Raspberries (muddled)
- 1 pinch Celery Salt
- 2 dash Cherry Bitters
- Garnish: 3 x Vegetable Chips on curled bamboo skewer
Method:
- Add fresh raspberries to Boston tin & muddle
- Add remaining ingredients
- Add cubed ice
- Medium shake & double strain into Tall Cocktail Glass over crushed ice
- Add long alco-pop straws
- Cap with crushed ice
- Garnish & Serve
