- 50ml Haig Club built over ice, fill to top with ginger ale and garnish with slice of cucumber

- 25ml Haig Club
- 1-2 drops rosewater on a white sugar cube
- Brut Champagne to top

- 20ml tawny port
- 1 x clove
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml orange juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 5ml creme de cassis
Haig Club New Old Fashioned
Built on cubed ice, garnished with a lemon twist and a cherry, and served with a glass stirrer for the drinker to dilute
- 60ml Haig Club
- 10ml sweet dessert or aromatised wine
- 2 dashes original bitters
