Makes 2 glasses
Ingredients
3 tbsp vodka
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp agave syrup
2 tbsp pineapple juice
1 pineapple ring from can with natural juice
25g sliced cavolo nero
25g spinach
Crushed ice to blend
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in two glasses. Garnish with a sprig of cavolo nero.
