Miss Maple Cranberry

High Fiber, Immune Boosting, Energy

Ingredients  

3 apples – chopped

2 oz. cranberries

1/2 tbsp. maple syrup

3 tbsp. walnuts

1 tsp Lucuma powder (a superfood with a sweet caramel taste – Perfect for Christmas)

3/4 cup water

1 cup ice

METHOD:

Blend until you’ve reached your desired consistency, if too thick add more water and enjoy.
