Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 3 tbsp Sweet Freedom Choc Shake Caramel
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 120ml almond milk
- 4 dates, chopped
Method
- Chop the bananas and add to a blender along with everything except the dates
- Blend until smooth
- Finally add the chopped dates and stir in
- Serve with more Choc Shake and your favourite toppings - pecan nuts, grated chocolate and chocolate buttons
