This vegan chocolate fondant is a perfect way to end a dinner party or just a great way to indulge! It is also gluten free and paleo. Although chocolate is always seen as a treat it is full of health benefits, it is good for heart and circulation and helps restore flexibility in the arteries. Chocolate is mineral rich, reduces risk of strokes and cholesterol as well as protecting against sun damage to maintain healthy skin. Chocolate is good for the brain and it always makes you feel better and being happy is important to maintain health and wellness. This vegan chocolate fondant really is a lovely.
Ingredients
- 2 cups dark chocolate
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 ½ cups gluten free self-raising flour
- 1 cup coconut sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Grease 4 pots with coconut oil or dairy free butter
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water
- Add in the coconut milk and stir
- Take off the heat, sift in the flour and add in the sugar, with a large spoon fold the ingredients until all combined
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, lift out as the surface starts to crack
- Then life out and you have the perfect vegan chocolate fondant.
