Ingredients
200g Violife Creamy Original
400ml Coconut Milk
5 vegan cookies
150g frozen strawberries
150g frozen blueberries
1/3 cup of sugar
1 vanilla stick
Method
In a mixer blend together Violife Creamy Original, coconut milk, cookies, a bit of sugar and vanilla seeds, until well incorporated.
Remove ¼ of the cream from the mixer and keep it in a separate bowl.
Add in the mixer all frozen fruits and the remaining sugar and blend well, until the cream reaches the desired consistency.
Serve in glasses or small jars starting with the fruit mix, add the biscuit cream mix on top and finish off with crumbled cookies and fresh berries.
