This is probably the most delicious and healthiest breakfast ever! It's so satisfying and is deliciously creamy. It's the perfect pre-workout breakfast, a quick snack for an energy boost, or the best possible "kick-start" to a long, busy day.
Preparation
Ahead of time: Overnight or at least 4 hours
Active preparation: 10 minutes
Ingredients
… 11⁄2 cups (130 g) whole oats
… 2/3 cup (100 g) cashews
… 1⁄2 cup (80 g) dates
… 1 tablespoon (15 g) coconut oil
… 2 tablespoons (10 g) grated coconut
… 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Directions
Soak the oats and cashews in filtered water overnight or for at least 4 hours (which would require you to get up way too early!). Drain the water and transfer the oats and cashews to the blender. Add the other ingredients and process until creamy. Feel free to garnish your breakfast with a handful of berries.
