Berry Bliss Balls

Ingredients -

35g STRIPPD Lean Vegan Protein in Mixed Berry

100g Dates

30g Chia seeds

60g Oats Recipe makes 6

Method - Unless you're using melted date paste, I find it more blade friendly to soak your dates in warm water for 15 minutes before popping in a food processor, this softens up the dates so they blend easier. Add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix. Form into balls and pop them in the fridge.

I sprinkled an Arctic Powder Berries blackcurrant sachet on top too, which is a wonderful addition and makes the berry experience that little bit more special, but you can top them with anything from chopped nuts to desiccated coconut or seeds.
