Ingredients
5 ripe bananas
1/2 tsp cinnamon
30g STRIPPD Lean Vegan Protein (Vanilla)
Handful of raspberries
Method
- Peel the bananas and cut them.
- Put the bananas in a freezer bag.
- Freeze the banana pieces for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
- Blend the frozen banana pieces in a powerful blender.
- Watch the magic happen! You'll see the mixture shift from blended banana to creamy, soft-serve ice cream texture.
- Add the protein powder and the cinnamon and blend it again.
- Put it in a bowl or a jar and add some beautiful toppings (Coconut flakes, raspberries, strawberries, cacao nibs)
