Recipe courtesy of Bioglan.
You’ll need:
- 280ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 large handful of frozen peaches
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of Bioglan Superfoods Chia + Flax Seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of agave (to taste)
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients together in a smoothie maker (except for the Chia + Flax Seeds).
- Once blended pour straight into a glass.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of Chia + Flax seeds for extra texture, crunch and health benefits.
