Turmeric & Ginger Smoothie

Turmeric & Ginger Smoothie

You’ll need:

  1. 280ml unsweetened almond milk
  2. 1/2 frozen banana
  3. 1 large handful of frozen peaches
  4. 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  5. 1/2 teaspoon of ginger
  6. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  7. 1/2 teaspoon of Bioglan Superfoods Chia + Flax Seeds
  8. A pinch of black pepper
  9. 1 teaspoon of agave (to taste)

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a smoothie maker (except for the Chia + Flax Seeds).  
  2. Once blended pour straight into a glass.
  3. Garnish with a sprinkle of Chia + Flax seeds for extra texture, crunch and health benefits.
