Start the day off right with this vegan breakfast bowl.
You’ll need:
250g Alpro Plain with Coconut plant-based alternative to yogurt
A few chunks of pineapple
1 tbsp chia seeds
Drizzle of agave syrup
½ kiwi fruit
25g red currants
Handful of shelled pistachios, chopped
Sprig of mint
Method:
- Combine Plain with Coconut with pineapple chunks
- Top with sliced kiwi fruit, red currants, chopped pistachios and chia seeds
