Ingredients
4 tomatoes, cut into wedges or slices
3 shallots or small onions, sliced
1 green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon Coriander Leaf
Pinch Schwartz Sea Salt
Preparation
Mix together the tomatoes, shallots and chilli. Add the lemon juice, Coriander Leaf and Salt and mix together. Chill for 1 hour.
