Ingredients
1 Ciabatta loaf, cut into 8 slices
3 tomatoes, deseeded and chopped
4 tablespoons Schwartz Garlic Italian Seasoning ,
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
Lightly toast 1 side of the bread under a pre-heated grill. Mix together the remaining ingredients and top the untoasted side of the bread slices.
Drizzle over a little extra olive oil and place back under the grill for 2-3 minutes until the bread is crispy and the tomatoes have softened slightly.
