Ingredients
1 sweet potato
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
Preparation
- Cut the sweet potato into thick, chunky strips.
- Place the frying pan over a medium to high heat, add the oil and the sweet potato fries.
- Fry for around 20 minutes, or until crispy and slightly browned.
- Place the fries onto some kitchen paper to soak up the excess oil and sprinkle over the sea salt.
- Serve with your favourite dip.
