Ingredients
2 sweet potatoes, baked
3 lemons
2 ripe mangos
500 ml coconut based alternative to yogurt
Agave, to taste
Preparation
- Remove the sweet potatoes from their skin and cut into pieces.
- Peel the mango and remove the core, cut into cubes, and squeeze the juice from the lemons.
- Add into a blender with the coconut based alternative to yogurt and whizz until smooth.
- Add agave to your taste, pour into a glass and serve.
