Makes 460g
- 60g curly kale
- 250ml water
- 1 chia egg (1tbsp chia + 3 tbsp water)
- 120g of unflavoured Huel
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 4 garlic cloves
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of Chilli flakes
METHOD
- In a blender, blend kale and water, add chia egg, garlic and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Add wet mixture in the dry ingredients and stir through. Let the batter sit for 5 minutes.
- Cook in ¼ - ½ cup portions in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes in each side.
- Makes about 10 smaller pancakes.
- Serve with red caramelized onion and natural glaze or marmite drizzle.
