40g Quaker Oats
300ml soy milk
1 tsp smooth peanut butter
1 tsp seedless raspberry jam, lightly warmed up (makes it easier to drizzle)
1 tsp chopped salted peanuts
Method
- Put the Quaker Gluten Free oats into a saucepan, pour in the semi-skimmed milk
- Bring it to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes, by stirring it continuously
- Once the porridge is ready stir in the maple syrup and the peanut butter
- Pour into a serving bowl and drizzle over the jam and the peanuts
