These overnight oats are so easy to make and great if you have a busy lifestyle like myself, you can make them the night before and then add what you like in the morning. I layered mine with raspberry coconut yoghurt, flaxseed and fresh strawberries on top.
Oat milk is a nutritious alternative to cow's milk. It is naturally lactose free and low in calories and fat. It has a mild, lightly sweet flavor, making it similar to low fat cow's milk. It is made by soaking oats in water for a period of time. chia seeds are a "whole grain" food, are usually grown organically, are non-GMO and naturally free of gluten. Bottom Line: Despite their tiny size, chia seeds are among the most nutritious foods on the planet. They are loaded with fiber, protein, Omega-3 fatty acids and various micronutrients.
