Orange Pepper Smoothie

Preparation time: 3 minutes

Ingredients

1 orange pepper

200ml chilled cloudy apple juice

A nugget of ginger

ice

Method

  1. Cut the pepper in half length-ways, remove and discard any white membranes, seeds and the green stalk. Then cut the pepper into medium sized chunks.
  2. Add the pepper and ginger to a blender, pour over the apple juice and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve over ice.
