The Environmental choice

Their benefits range from supporting the metabolism, helping to maintain a healthy blood pressure,  to supporting the immune system. Pecans and walnuts tend to land right in the middle for most nut nutrients—potassium, magnesium, zinc and calcium, whereas Cashews contain a notable amount of  iron and zinc.
