40g Quaker Oats
300ml water
1 tbsp white sweet miso
1 spring onion finely sliced
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
2 radishes, finely sliced
1 tsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp roughly chopped roasted almonds
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Method
- Put the Quaker Gluten Free oats into a saucepan, pour in the water
- Bring it to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes, by stirring it continuously
- Once the porridge is ready, stir in the miso, most of the spring onions and the coriander
- Pour into a serving bowl and top with the radishes, remaining spring onions, sesame seeds, almonds and chilli flakes
- Drizzle with the sesame oil and serve
