Matcha Protein Fudge Bites

Matcha Protein Fudge Bites

- 1 cup coconut butter

- 1/3 cup of creamy coconut milk

- 3 tbsp coconut oil

- 1 1/1 tsp Neat Nutrition Matcha Green Tea

- 1/2 cup of STRIPPD Lean Vegan Protein in Vanilla

- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Method

All ingredients go straight in a large bowl over hot boiling water (careful the bowl doesn't touch the water) and just fold with a wooden spoon until smooth (5 minutes approx) then place in an 8x8 lined pan.

Refrigerate for 3 hours and dust with desiccated coconut
