Matcha Green Smoothie

Matcha Green Smoothie

Takes: 5 minutes

What you need:

  • 1 tub of Natural CO YO
  • 1 Tbsp Matcha Power 
  • 2 large handfuls spinach
  • 2 ripe pears, roughly chopped
  • 1cm piece ginger, grated
  • Apple or pear juice if required

What you do:

Put all of the ingredients into a processor, blender or nutribullet and whizz until smooth. Add extra juice to reach your desired thickness. Drink immediately or chill for later.

Cook’s tip: If you prefer a smoother texture, peel the pears first.
