Product: Pyrex Vintage Bowl

Preparation time: 15 minutes
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 2 yellow peppers, thinly sliced
- 100g baby spinach leaves
- 4 medium tomatoes, sliced
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- 60g pack mixed seeds (available in the snack section in supermarkets)
Dressing:
- 100ml Olive oil
- 50ml White wine vinegar
- 1-2 Tsp Wholegrain mustard
- Pinch sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
- Layer up the vegetables in the Pyrex bowl and scatter the seeds over the top.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing all of the ingredients together in a jar, shaking really well. Serve with the salad.
