Ingredients:
2 large bunches kale
3 - 4 tbsp olive oil
sea salt
Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 140°C (120° fan) | 275F | gas 1. Line two large baking trays with greaseproof paper.
2 Remove the thick stems from the kale leaves with kitchen scissors. Toss the leaves with the olive oil and plenty of salt in a large mixing bowl.
3 Spread out on the baking trays in an even layer.
4 Bake until crisp and lightly coloured at the edges, about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
5 Remove from the oven and leave to cool briefly before serving.
