In the last few years, green smoothies have been all the rage and I do still love them, but there's a new gang in town called the BOWL. It's much prettier and it's easy to add some delicious toppings.
1 banana (frozen if you want a cold bowl)
120ml coconut water
3 dates, pitted
Large handful of spinach
1 kiwi, peeled
1 teaspoon açaí powder (or more if you fancy!)
For the toppings
Raspberries
Coconut flakes
Bee pollen
Serves 1
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and whizz away.
Top with raspberries, coconut flakes and bee pollen.
