Here's a recipe that combines everyone's favourite vegan summer tipple and popular snack!
Ingredients - For Guacamole:
3 avocados
Juice of one lime
Pinch of salt
30ml Malibu
Pineapple Salsa:
1 chopped chili
½ cup chopped pineapple
1 spoon maple syrup
Directions:
1. Smash 3 avocadoes, lightly mix in lime, salt, garlic.2. Mix pineapple, maple, Coriander and Malibu.
3. Serve together with corn chips.
