Non Dairy Crème Caramels

Now you can enjoy your favourite dessert completely dairy free without cutting corners on taste or creaminess.

Serves: Makes 4 ramekins

Takes: 20 minutes, plus cooling

What you need:

2 egg substitutes

2 tbsp agave

1 tsp cinnamon

2 x 125g Salted Caramel COYO yoghurt

100ml soya cream

What you do:

Preheat the oven to 200C.

Whisk the egg substitutes with the cinnamon and the honey just until frothy.

Whisk in the yoghurt and soya cream.

Pour mixture into four ramekins and place into an ovenproof baking dish.

Place the baking dish into the oven, and pour boiling water into the baking dish halfway up the sides of the ramekins.

Bake until set, between 8 and 10 minutes.

Turn the oven off, and let cool in the oven before chilling in the fridge. Serve cold.
