You'll need:

1 cup kale

Coconut Amino and Watercress Salad

1 cup watercress

½ avocado

3 tbsp coconut aminos

handful of activated spirulina sunseeds

1 tbsp agave

You'll need for tahini dressing:

1 tbsp tahini

3 tbsp olive oil

½ lemon

- Massage the kale leaves in the coconut aminos then place into a bowl with the watercress and top with chopped avocado.

- For the dressing mix the tahini with the olive oil. Drizzle over the salad and sprinkle the activated sunseeds on top.
